Net Electric Limited was responsible for the system design, supply and installation of SCADA monitoring at 30 locations along the Metrolinx corridor.
The monitoring allows Metrolinx to proactively ensure the efficiency, safety and fluidity of its operations.

Net Electric was commissioned by TTR to install Power Quality meters to monitor utility power feeding the towers.
Net Electric Limited was responsible for the supply, install, and testing of a remotely accessible power quality monitoring system. The work was performed for the Cherry, Scott, and John street towers.
This system connects to the larger SCADA network designed and installed by Net Electric.

The project was part of the plans to improve the Union Station GO rail corridor to better manage congestion, increase service and support commuters within the Greater Toronto & Hamilton Area (GTHA).
Net Electric Limited, in partnership with Matheson Constructors and Moon-Matz Ltd., was responsible for the supply and installation of the power systems, lighting fixtures, generators, underground ducting systems, and electrical panels for the new building.
Net Electric was also tasked with communication system installation.

Net Electric is working closely with Carillion Canada to overhaul the concourse and office areas throughout. The systems being installed include power distribution, lighting, paging, fire alarm, CCTV, network cabling, wireless access points, security and access control. Once complete, these areas will serve the public with ticketing, wayfinding and passenger assistance. Also included are new offices for Metrolinx, City of Toronto and Union Station employees complete with all amenities.

The West Wing space consists of five floors, some historically significant, with an overall area of approximately 100,000 square feet. Net Electric is working closely with Giffels Westpro Construction in this challenging environment to supply and install power distribution, lighting, network cabling, wireless access points, security and fire alarm systems. Once complete, this facility will be connected to the outside world via a dedicated single-mode fibreoptic pipeline nearly 1Km long.

Since 9/11, border crossings and procedures have changed. The NFBC commissioned a multi-stage redevelopment that would meet their new needs. The project consisted of over 60,000 sq/ft of office and inspection space, a new commercial and passenger bus inspection station, a new 10,000
sq/ft inspection warehouse and a 50,000 sq/ft overhead canopy area.
Net Electric coordinated alongside Aecon to install the fire alarm system, distribution system, communication cabling system, lighting system, CCTV and security conduit and wire system, mechanical power feeds and building automation system conduit and wire feeds.

Originally built in 1933 for the Toronto, Hamilton and Buffalo Railway, it is the only example of Art Moderne Railway Station architecture in Ontario. The $16,000,000 project goal was to convert the Toronto, Hamilton and Buffalo Railway station into a facility that would have the size and modern capabilities to consolidate the Hamilton Go Transit train and bus services into one complex.
Net Electric worked with Dagmar Construction and Go Transit to ensure the timely and proper installation of the power distribution system, motor control centers and control panels.

Metrolinx, looking to improve the customer experience and encourage more GO Transit patrons, expanded the southern lot into a new multilevel parking
structure able to accommodate an additional 1400 vehicles.
Net Electric secured the electrical contract for Kenaidan, and worked closely alongside one another to adhere to project specifications and timelines. Net Electric was responsible for the installation of the distribution system, lighting system, generator system, security system, P.A. system and parking guidance system.
